A prisoner confined within my own thoughts
Searching for answers to which I know nothing
Meanwhile they are all around me
Shrouded in the darkness
Surrounded within the wisdom of the silence
The deep breath of stillness fills me
Silence brings me to the place of wisdom
It begins to teach me the way
Lessons lived and lessons learned
